Digital Marketing Specialist
Part-Time (3 Days per Week)
A well-established legal services business is seeking a commercially minded Digital Marketing Specialist to take ownership of its digital marketing activity and help drive client acquisition, engagement and retention.
Working closely with external agency partners and senior stakeholders, you'll play a key role in improving digital performance, enhancing the client journey and introducing greater insight into marketing decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
Manage website content, performance and ongoing development. Coordinate SEO and PPC activity with external agency partners. Monitor and report on website traffic, enquiries and conversion performance. Analyse client feedback, online reviews and customer insights. Identify opportunities to improve the client journey and overall customer experience. Research and recommend CRM and marketing technology solutions. Explore opportunities to utilise AI and automation within marketing processes. Monitor competitor activity and digital best practice.
About You
Experience in digital marketing, marketing operations or customer insight. Strong understanding of website analytics, SEO, PPC and lead generation. Experience working with websites, CRM platforms and marketing technology. Data-driven, commercially aware and confident turning insight into action. Highly organised with strong project management skills.
Desirable
Experience within legal, professional or financial services. Exposure to CRM selection or implementation projects. Experience using AI, automation or reporting tools to improve marketing effectiveness.
