1st Line IT Support Engineer
Bishop’s Stortford | £30,000–£32,000 | Permanent

You’ll be supporting end users with:
Helpdesk tickets and troubleshooting Laptops, PCs and printers Microsoft 365 and Windows User accounts, passwords and access Hardware and software issues
You must have:
Previous IT support, helpdesk or service-desk experience Experience using a ticketing system Good end-user communication skills A full driving licence and your own transport The ability to reach the outskirts of Bishop’s Stortford reliably for an 8am start
