Join a Global Business Driving Digital Growth Across International Markets An established international organisation with operations spanning 20 countries is looking to appoint an ambitious SEO Executive to support the continued growth of its online presence across multiple brands, products and regions. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with around 1-2 years of SEO experience who really wants to develop their career within a fast-paced, data-driven environment. Working alongside an experienced digital marketing team, you will play a key role in improving organic visibility, increasing website performance and helping deliver measurable commercial results across a diverse portfolio of websites. You will have the opportunity and will be expected to innovate and proactively bring fresh ideas to the table. The Opportunity As part of a growing digital marketing function, you'll be responsible for identifying opportunities to improve search performance, enhancing website content and technical SEO, and helping to shape strategies that increase traffic, engagement and conversions. You'll work with colleagues across different business units and international markets, gaining exposure to large-scale websites and multilingual SEO initiatives. Key Responsibilities
Identify organic growth opportunities through keyword, topic and competitor research. Optimise website content and metadata to improve rankings across both traditional search engines and emerging AI-driven search experiences. Support the creation and enhancement of content using a combination of SEO expertise and modern AI-assisted workflows. Carry out technical website reviews, identifying issues that may impact crawling, indexing, page performance or user experience. Work with internal stakeholders to ensure SEO best practice is incorporated into website projects and new content initiatives. Support authority-building activities designed to strengthen domain visibility and online reputation. Monitor key performance indicators, producing clear analysis and actionable recommendations. Track algorithm updates, search trends and industry developments to help keep digital strategies ahead of the curve. Contribute to international SEO projects across multiple territories and markets. What We're Looking For Essential Experience
Previous experience in an SEO, Digital Marketing or Organic Search-focused role. Practical knowledge of SEO platforms and analytics tools. Strong understanding of on-page optimisation techniques. Ability to analyse website performance data and identify trends. Experience diagnosing technical SEO challenges and recommending solutions. Excellent organisational and communication skills. A proactive approach and genuine enthusiasm for digital marketing and search. Desirable Skills
