Location: Oxford (Hybrid working, 3 days per week in the office, 2 days working from home)
Salary: up to £30k per annum (dependent on experience)
Hours: Monday – Friday (09:00 – 18:00)

The Opportunity
Thompson & Terry Recruitment are delighted to be working with our long-standing client, who are looking to recruit a customer-focused and enthusiastic Junior IT Support Technician to join their growing team.
As an IT Support Technician, you’ll be the first point of contact for all clients, providing professional and reliable technical support to businesses across the UK. You’ll help diagnose and resolve technical issues, manage support requests through our Service Desk platform and ensure customers receive an excellent support experience.
This is a varied role, where you’ll work with a broad range of technologies, assist with software and hardware deployments, support end users and collaborate with colleagues to deliver exceptional service. The successful IT Support Technician will be a strong communicator, and always looking to expand their skillset.
