The Role
Our client is a very well-established IT Support company based in London. They are looking for an experienced IT Support engineer to join their team, to help support clients, work as part of the technical team and solo.
This is a hybrid role, dealing directly with clients by telephone and email. You will take ownership of support requests, troubleshooting and keeping clients informed of progress.
About you:
Previous experience within an IT support role, network or on-site engineering role. A working knowledge of Microsoft Office, a practical understanding of TCP/IP networking. Strong problem-solving skills. A professional and organized approach. Good attention to detail. The ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
What’s In It For You?
An industrial leading salary, relative to experience. 9am – 5:30pm working hours (Monday to Friday) Hybrid working (occasional site visits and office work) 23 days holiday Ongoing technical training.
You will ideally be based within 45 minutes of their Head Office in London. A driving license and your own car is ideal, but not essential.
This is a wonderful opportunity for an IT professional who wants more variety, rather than a traditional helpdesk role – combining multiple aspects of support.
