Are you an IT Support professional looking for a role where you'll gain hands-on experience across a diverse technology estate and play a key role in supporting a passionate, creative business?
We are partnering with a well-established London-based entertainment and publishing group that has been at the heart of pop culture for decades
The Role
As the first point of contact for IT support across the business, you'll provide technical assistance to colleagues and help maintain a broad range of systems and technologies. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, wants exposure to infrastructure and projects, and is eager to expand their technical knowledge within a collaborative in-house IT team.
Key Responsibilities
Provide first-line support to users across the organisation. Install, configure and maintain hardware and software including Windows PCs, Macs, printers, mobile devices, anti-virus solutions and creative software. Support and administer Google Workspace. Manage user onboarding and offboarding processes. Assist with IT projects and the introduction of new technologies. Perform hardware stock management and equipment ordering. Troubleshoot networking issues and support core infrastructure. Ensure support tickets are resolved efficiently and to a high standard.
About You
Previous experience in an IT Support or Service Desk environment. Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11. Experience supporting users in a professional business environment. Knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS and DHCP. Experience with Active Directory. Experience administering Google Workspace or Microsoft 365. Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
Desirable Skills
MacOS support experience. Adobe Creative Cloud experience.
