Position Overview:
Elevation Recruitment Group are delighted to be partnering with a business that designs and manufactures hazardous area lighting for safe use in explosive atmospheres.
Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you'll join a small, collaborative marketing team where you'll enjoy a varied, hands-on role covering the full marketing mix. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys owning projects from concept through to delivery and is keen to broaden their experience across digital marketing, content, events, product marketing and communications.
While specialist agencies support areas such as PPC, website development and design, you'll manage many day-to-day marketing activities in-house and act as a key liaison between the business and external partners.
Responsibilities:
Digital Marketing & Content Management
Deliver agreed multi-channel digital marketing activity—including website updates, landing pages and SEO/content optimisation—working closely with our external digital agency on targeted B2B lead generation campaigns. Manage email marketing campaigns in HubSpot, including audience segmentation, automated workflows, lead capture forms and campaign performance analytics. Lead the day-to-day management of social media channels (organic and paid), creating engaging content calendars to drive B2B audience growth.
Product Marketing & Sales Enablement
Turn complex technical information from technical teams into clear, customer-focused collateral, datasheets, brochures, and case studies. Support new product launches by coordinating promotional assets, approved campaign messaging and marketing deliverables. Provide day-to-day marketing assets, presentations and collateral to support the internal sales team and international distributor network.
Events & Exhibitions
Plan and execute industry trade shows, exhibitions and customer events throughout the year. Manage event logistics, stand assets, lead-capture processes and coordinate post-event nurture campaigns to maximise event return on investment.
