Exciting opportunity for an IT Support Engineer to join a thriving business based near Didcot, offering up to £40,000 depending on experience plus excellent benefits
The role
As IT Support Engineer, you'll be responsible for:
providing excellent 1st-2nd line support and service to users across the business, both locally and internationally building and deploying laptops, desktops, mobile devices etc. (predominantly Windows, some MacOS) managing starters / leavers process, building and deploying new equipment as well as decommissioning managing and supporting M365, Entra ID, OneDrive, SharePoint, Intune etc. license management (software & hardware) support on various IT projects
About you
Applicants for the IT Support Engineer role will have:
prior experience gained in a similar IT Support, Help desk, Service Desk, IT Technician role excellent communication and customer service skills experience with M365, Windows, Intune, Windows, Entra ID etc. excellent troubleshooting skills and ability to take ownership of problems basic networking and cyber security skills
