With a large online product range and a growing e-commerce operation, the business is focused on improving the customer journey, increasing online sales and making sure its website and product offering are performing commercially.
The Role
They are looking for a CRO Specialist to join their team and help improve website performance, product content and customer conversion.
A big part of the role will involve using AI and competitor research to review web pages, identify opportunities to improve them and test changes that could increase sales and conversion.
You’ll work closely with the SEO team to make improvements without negatively impacting organic performance, while also supporting the wider e-commerce and marketing team with product updates, reporting and day-to-day administration.
This is a commercial and admin-heavy role, suited to someone who enjoys working with data, websites and product content and wants to see a direct link between their work and sales performance.
Key Responsibilities
Review website pages and competitor websites to identify opportunities to improve conversion. Use AI tools to analyse web pages, competitor activity and potential improvements. Create and maintain product pages across the website. Update product images, descriptions, pricing, categories and other product information. Analyse sales, traffic and conversion data to identify opportunities. Track marketing activity and report performance to the Digital Merchandising Manager. Support the development and integration of AI functionality across the website. Assist with basic graphics, product highlights, banners and social content. Support seasonal website changes and product launches. Work with suppliers to gather product information, imagery and updates. Provide sales support through product updates, pricing information and repeat-order activity. Maintain spreadsheets, CMS entries and other day-to-day e-commerce administration.
