Senior AI Manager Philadelphia, Pennsylvania | Hybrid (4 days per week in office) $200,000-$230,000 + Benefits (inc. bonus)
This is a great opportunity to join a business making a genuine investment in Artificial Intelligence and take ownership of building its Agentic AI capability. You'll work closely with senior leadership, shape AI strategy, and deliver solutions that create measurable business impact.

The business is investing heavily in Generative AI and Agentic AI to improve operational efficiency, unlock new revenue opportunities, and drive innovation across multiple functions. You will join an established analytics environment and help lead the next phase of AI adoption.
The Role
As a Senior AI Manager, you will lead the development and scaling of AI capabilities across the organisation.
Key responsibilities include:
Building and growing an Agentic AI function. Identifying and delivering high-value AI use cases across the business. Establishing AI standards, processes, and best practices. Partnering with senior stakeholders to drive AI adoption. Acting as an AI ambassador and promoting AI literacy across teams. Leading AI-focused hiring, onboarding, and team development. Working with analytics, technology, and external partners to deliver AI solutions.
Your Skills & Experience
Strong commercial experience in AI, Data Science, or Machine Learning. Experience delivering Generative AI and Agentic AI solutions. Ability to translate business challenges into practical AI applications. Experience leading teams and influencing senior stakeholders. Knowledge of modern AI tooling and AI development frameworks. Experience working with Snowflake or similar cloud data platforms. Strong communication skills and a passion for AI innovation.
