As an IT Support Analyst in Woking, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of technology systems within the leisure, travel and tourism industry. Your day-to-day will involve resolving technical issues, maintaining systems, and supporting staff to keep everything running seamlessly.

Description
Provide first and second-line IT support to staff, resolving technical issues efficiently. Monitor and maintain IT systems, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal performance. Assist with hardware and software installations, updates, and troubleshooting. Work closely with the technology team to escalate and resolve complex issues. Document IT processes and maintain accurate records of support activities. Support the implementation of new technologies and system upgrades. Provide user training and guidance to enhance understanding of IT systems. Ensure compliance with IT policies and procedures.
Profile
A successful IT Support Analyst should have:
Experience in providing IT support in a professional environment. Knowledge of hardware, software, and network troubleshooting. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to communicate technical information clearly to non-technical users. Familiarity with IT systems and tools relevant to the leisure, travel and tourism industry.
