Your New Company
You will be joining an established financial services organisation based in London. This is a great opportunity for an early-career IT professional who wants broad technical exposure and the chance to develop within a hands-on technology environment.
What you will do
You will provide day-to-day technical support to colleagues, helping to resolve hardware, software and connectivity issues both in person and remotely. Alongside user support, you will help manage devices and accounts, support joiners and leavers, and assist with the ongoing maintenance of the wider IT environment.
The role will give you exposure to Microsoft 365, Azure, Intune and Entra ID, as well as networking, infrastructure and cybersecurity. You will also have the opportunity to contribute to technology projects, system improvements and deployments while working closely with senior IT colleagues and external technology partners.
What we need
We are looking for someone with some practical experience in IT or a related technology role, which could have been gained through employment, an internship or a placement.
You should have a good foundation in Windows, Microsoft 365, hardware, networking and cloud technologies, alongside strong troubleshooting skills. Just as importantly, you will be approachable, organised and comfortable supporting colleagues at different levels of the business.
A relevant technology degree is required. Microsoft or networking certifications, PowerShell or Power BI knowledge would be useful but are not essential.
Benefits
This role offers broad exposure across IT support, cloud technology, infrastructure, security and project work, with strong opportunities to develop your technical skills and build your career within IT.
London based, with occasional out-of-hours support required.
