Routes on the licence

A licence means the Home Office allows this organisation to sponsor workers on the listed routes. It does not mean every role is sponsored, or that the employer is currently hiring from overseas.
An A rating is the normal standing. A B rating means the sponsor is on an action plan and cannot assign new certificates until it is restored.
For a Skilled Worker visa the job itself must also be in an eligible occupation code and paid at or above the going rate. Check the role on the occupation codes page.
