What You'll Be Doing
Supporting the project management of installation projects — building robust project plans and driving them to completion with minimal delay Coordinating equipment delivery timelines, keeping performance on track against key KPIs Leading and participating in implementation and stakeholder meetings, ensuring everyone — internal and external has the information they need, when they need it Keeping project data current in Smartsheet, including regular RAID log updates to protect business continuity Helping the PMO evolve — contributing to the development of tools, processes and the wider Project department Taking ownership of PMO projects from creation through to delivery, ensuring the intended benefits are realised in full
What We're Looking For
Essential:
PRINCE2 Foundation (or equivalent project management qualification) Degree level education or equivalent experience
Desirable:
BSc (Hons) in Biomedical Science or a related discipline PRINCE2 Practitioner level
You'll also bring:
A meticulous, methodical approach and real attention to detail Strong organisational skills and the ability to balance competing priorities A self-starting, results-focused mindset A natural collaborator who works well across teams at every level Sound, timely decision-making under pressure
