AI Implementer – Graduate Opportunity

Would you like the opportunity to help a business introduce AI into its everyday operations?
We are looking for a bright and inquisitive AI Implementer to join a Manchester-based business on a part-time basis. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate who understands the potential of AI and wants to gain practical experience implementing it within a real commercial environment.
The Role
This isn't a traditional IT or software development position. As AI Implementer , you will work with different areas of the business to understand existing processes and identify where AI and automation could save time, improve efficiency and enhance the way people work.
Responsibilities will include:
Reviewing existing business processes and identifying opportunities to use AI. Researching and testing AI tools and applications. Introducing practical AI solutions into everyday workflows. Creating prompts, templates and repeatable AI processes. Using AI to support administration, research, marketing and reporting. Helping automate repetitive and time-consuming tasks. Working with employees to understand where technology could make their jobs easier. Training and supporting colleagues in the effective use of new AI tools. Measuring the impact of new processes and recommending improvements. Keeping up to date with developments in AI and emerging technology.
About You
We are particularly interested in a recent graduate who is naturally curious about AI and enjoys experimenting with new technology.
You will ideally have:
A degree in any relevant discipline. A genuine interest in AI, automation and emerging technology . Experience using tools such as ChatGPT, Copilot or similar AI platforms. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Good Microsoft Excel and general IT skills. Excellent communication skills. The confidence to explain technology to non-technical colleagues. A practical, hands-on approach – someone who enjoys turning ideas into working solutions.
Programming experience is not essential. We are more interested in someone who understands how AI can be practically applied to improve a business.

£27,000 per annum pro rata , part-time hours and the opportunity to take ownership of an exciting AI implementation project within an established Preston business.
