Location: Grimsby, North East Lincolnshire (Hybrid - 3 days in office)
Pay Rate: £35.00 per hour

Are you a passionate and ambitious Senior Social Worker dedicated to delivering outstanding practice and improving children's lives?
North East Lincolnshire Council is seeking an experienced Agency Senior Social Worker to join our welcoming Children's Assessment & Safeguarding Service. In this role, you will work closely with children, families, and partner agencies to deliver timely assessments, targeted interventions, and high-quality support where it matters most.
Key Responsibilities
Identify complex needs and reduce risk to help children and young people achieve positive outcomes.
Build meaningful, collaborative relationships with families, carers, and multi-agency professionals.
Undertake thorough child and family assessments to create safer, stronger futures across North East Lincolnshire.

Requirements - candidates must meet the following criteria:
Registered Social Worker with Social Work England.
Proven post-qualifying experience as a Senior Social Worker within Children's Assessment & Safeguarding.
