About the role: As a Senior People Partner (HRBP), you will play a key role in providing both strategic and hands-on people support across the business. You’ll contribute to key projects fostering our talent strategy and be the trusted advisor for teams, guiding them through the entire employee journey—from onboarding to career development and offboarding. YOUR MISSION (IF YOU ACCEPT IT):🥇
- Oversee critical business areas
- Support employees with daily inquiries from their onboarding to the offboarding, provide guidance on learning and development opportunities, and support their career progression within the company.
- Advice & coach leaders at all levels, including Chiefs, on day-to-day management issues, organizational design, individual performance reviews, promotions, learning needs and compensation strategies.
- Contribute to developing our Talent strategy and lead key initiatives such as performance management, mentoring, and career path development.
- Contribute to the global enhancement of our People processes and projects to create the optimal strategy for Back Market and support team growth
YOU ARE IN THE RIGHT PLACE: ⭐
- You are perfectly fluent in english
- You’ve a strong experience in French Employment Law and/ or a good understanding of International Employment law
- You have a 7-10 year experience as an HRBP or HR manager and have managed a full People Cycle for a dedicated scope (performance reviews, Career interviews, compensation campaigns, career development, employee pulse…)
- You have worked in an international environment for at least 2 years
- You like challenges and adapt quickly to any situation
- You are very organized and able to manage multiple subjects at the same time in total autonomy
