Overview We're looking for a talented Senior Product Manager to join our growing Data & Analytics team at Chambers. In this role, you'll help shape the future of our market-leading intelligence products, transforming unique legal industry data into innovative solutions that deliver meaningful value for our customers. Main Duties and Responsibilities
Develop and communicate a clear product vision and strategy for our data products, aligned with our strategic and commercial goals. Identify market opportunities and define product roadmaps that align with business goals. Conduct market research to understand customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape. Gather and analyze user feedback to continuously improve product offerings. Demonstrate a strong product sense by deeply understanding user needs and behaviors. Ensure the product delivers an exceptional user experience and addresses key pain points effectively. Anticipate future trends and innovate to stay ahead of the competition. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, data science, marketing, and sales, to deliver high-quality data products. Define product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for data products. Oversee the development process, ensuring timely delivery of features and enhancements. Act as the primary point of contact for all product-related matters. Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment on product goals and priorities. Partner with Product Marketing and Sales to develop and execute go-to-market plans, including product positioning, pricing, and marketing strategies. Support market engagement and drive product adoption and revenue growth. Ensure transparent communication of product direction, team strategy, initiatives, priorities, and progress to all stakeholders, including the wider commercial team. Inspire confidence and alignment across teams through clear, consistent, and effective communication. Skills, Experience & Personal Attributes
Proven experience in product management with a focus on data-driven decision-making. Demonstrated ability to gather and synthesize various types of data for product roadmap decisions. Strong skills in developing, prioritizing, and communicating product roadmaps aligned with business objectives. Experience in leading teams through the entire product lifecycle, from concept to launch. Proficient in Agile methodologies and frameworks. Excellent leadership, mentoring, and communication skills. Strategic thinker with the ability to navigate ambiguity and drive results.
