Job Title: Clinical Care Trainer/Assessor Location: Home/Field based - Candidates must be flexible with travel Salary: up to £36,000 (depending on skills and experience) Package: Excellent Benefits Package, Pension, Expenses + much more Type: Full Time, Permanent Essential Criteria:
Must hold a recognised Assessor award (D32/33, A1, CAVA, TAQA). Must hold solid occupational experience within Clinical Healthcare, as a Clinical Professional or Registered Nurse (Hospital / Clinical / Private Medical environments). Must hold a recognised qualification within Nursing. Must have a good level of ICT skills. Full, clean driving licence and use of a vehicle. Must be flexible with travel and also remote home working.
Duties include:
Assess and support learners working towards Apprenticeships in Clinical Healthcare (Senior / Health Care Support Worker) and Adult Health and Social Care (Adult Care Worker / Leader in Adult Care). Support learners with Functional Skills Maths and English to level 2. Managing your diary efficiently to ensure timely visits and reviews are conducted. Organise and maintain documentation on learners' progress. Support, advise and motivate learners. Overcome barriers to learning and adapt delivery to meet learner’s needs. Meet Assessor KPI’s in terms of timely visits, learner recruitment, quality paperwork and general administration.
Personal Skills:
Organisational skills are a must, as well as the ability to plan your time effectively. Confident and professional with the ability to inspire and motivate people. Quality driven and prepared to go the extra mile for your learners.
