We’re delighted to be partnering with a well-established global SaaS business based in Leeds to recruit a Finance Manager.
Reporting to the Financial Controller, you’ll play a key role within the finance team, taking ownership of the monthly management accounts process, supporting Group reporting requirements and providing insightful financial analysis and commercial support to help drive business performance and informed decision-making.
This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive and commercially minded finance professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced, international environment and is looking to take the next step in their career within a growing technology business.
Key responsibilities will include;
Ownership of the monthly management accounts process, ensuring accurate and timely reporting Prepare monthly reporting packs and provide clear analysis and commentary Support Group reporting and consolidation requirements Produce detailed variance analysis, identifying key trends, risks and opportunities Partner with operational and commercial stakeholders, providing financial insight Support the annual budgeting and forecasting process Prepare cash flow forecasts and monitor working capital Support statutory accounts preparation and the year-end audit process Assist with revenue recognition and other accounting matters. Identify opportunities to improve finance processes, controls and reporting Drive automation and improvements on reporting tools and finance systems Support wider finance transformation and strategic projects Provide support and guidance to junior members of the finance team
Ideally you will be able to demonstrate the below qualifications/experience:
ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualification Prior people management or supervisory experience Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel proficiency Excellent attention to detail and a methodical approach Proactive mindset with strong commercial awareness Excellent communication skills with ability to build relationships across the business Experience within logistics, distribution, industrial or manufacturing environments.
