We're recruiting an Electrically Biased Shift Engineer to join our team near Letchworth , reporting directly to the Maintenance Team Leader. You'll be apprenticeship-qualified or hold an equivalent engineering qualification.
What You'll Be Doing
Carrying out preventative maintenance Electrical fault finding on PLCs, motors, production lines and control panels Responding to breakdowns Supporting new machinery installations Contributing to engineering projects Driving continuous improvement within the engineering team Identifying and resolving ongoing issues with long-term solutions Working a 4 on / 4 off rotating shift (days & nights)
Technical Requirements
Proven experience as a Multiskilled Maintenance Engineer City & Guilds / NVQ Level 3 in Electrical or Electro-Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent) Strong mechanical and electrical competence Confident with electrical and PLC fault finding
