An established and highly regarded UK law firm is seeking an Insolvency & Corporate Recovery Solicitor to join its growing team in Oxford .
The Role
You will join a well-respected insolvency and restructuring team, advising a diverse client base including:
Insolvency practitioners Individuals and stakeholders SMEs and owner-managed businesses National and international organisations
Your work will cover a broad range of contentious and non-contentious insolvency matters , including:
Corporate insolvency and restructuring Personal insolvency Litigation and dispute resolution Advisory and transactional work
The Candidate
You will ideally:
Be a Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales with 3+ years’ PQE Have experience in insolvency, restructuring or commercial litigation Have strong drafting and analytical skills Be commercially aware and client-focused Be keen to develop within a collaborative team
