Description
The Role
Based in London, the Legal Technology & AI Attorney will work closely with the Disputes Practice and Knowledge Management teams to identify, develop and implement technology-driven solutions that improve efficiency, consistency and client service. The position combines substantive disputes expertise with innovation, helping lawyers leverage AI, automation and knowledge systems across litigation, arbitration, competition, employment and regulatory matters.
Key Responsibilities AI, Technology & Innovation
Identify opportunities to apply AI, automation and emerging technologies across disputes workflows and legal processes. Evaluate, develop and implement AI-assisted tools, document automation solutions and technology-enabled workflows. Participate in technology pilots, vendor assessments and proof-of-concept projects. Assess platforms focused on legal research, drafting, document analysis, knowledge extraction and market intelligence. Collaborate with lawyers, technologists and business services teams to design practical, user-focused solutions. Deliver training and guidance on AI tools, knowledge systems and new ways of working. Gather stakeholder feedback and drive continuous improvement of legal technology adoption and knowledge initiatives.
Knowledge Management & Content Development
Support the ongoing development of disputes precedents, model documents and knowledge resources. Integrate legal, regulatory and market developments into firm-wide knowledge assets. Use AI-enabled review tools to analyse, compare and improve legal content and work product. Help build scalable knowledge infrastructure that supports consistency, knowledge sharing and future AI initiatives. Act as a trusted adviser to disputes lawyers, translating legal expertise into practical technology and knowledge solutions.
