About the Role
Our client, based in North England, is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Consultant Radiologist with a special interest in Interventional Radiology. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team dedicated to providing exceptional patient care and advancing medical research.
Job Plan and Duties
A typical job plan for this role includes:
Clinical Duties: Performing a range of interventional radiology procedures, interpreting diagnostic imaging, and providing expert consultations
Teaching and Training: Involvement in the education and training of junior doctors, radiographers, and medical students
Research: Participation in clinical research projects and contribution to the advancement of radiological practices
On-call Duties: Participation in the on-call rota to provide emergency radiology services
Qualifications and Requirements
MBBS or equivalent
Fellowship of the Royal College of Radiologists or equivalent
Full registration and a licence to practise with the General Medical Council (GMC)
