Are you a highly driven Product Manager with a background in clinical research looking for a role that truly makes a difference? We are currently partnering with an incredible client to find a curious, open-minded, and empathetic Senior Product Manager for an ASAP-start, 12-month contract. If you want to build the next generation of systems that reduce the cost and accelerate the speed-to-market for key life-saving treatments, aiming to reach more patients in need faster than ever before, this is your chance to shine.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as the voice of the customer, leading interactions with internal subject matter experts and end-users to define key problems, requirements, and solutions.
Own the product strategy and vision while maintaining roadmaps, defining the minimum viable product (MVP), and establishing criteria for success.
Perform data-driven and cost-benefit analyses to build and prioritise the product backlog.
Translate business needs to technical teams (including engineering and US teams), and translate technical needs back to the business.
Work closely with User Experience designers to lead customer feedback sessions and validate innovative user experience flows.
Present the roadmap to clients, manage expectations, address key pains to help sell to new clients, and manage customer support relations regarding product defects.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate:
Previous experience as a Clinical Research Associate (CRA), Study Manager, or equivalent position, combined with proven Product Management experience.
A deep understanding of Clinical Trial Management Systems, regulatory requirements, and the technological landscape.
Demonstrable experience working face-to-face with clients and managing complex enterprise solutions for large clients.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking abilities to drive data-backed product decisions in an agile development environment.
The Details
Contract: 12-month contract
Location: Remote, or based in the Hammersmith office if preferred.
Hours: Monday to Friday, flexible 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
Rate: £25.60 to £38.83 per hour (equivalent to an FTE base salary range of £53,250 to £71,000).
