Managing cost accounting processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance across different stock categories. Conducting stock reconciliations, analysing trends, and investigating discrepancies to uphold data integrity. Partnering with operational teams to optimise inventory valuation and control procedures. Supporting reporting, forecasting, and month-end closing activities related to inventory. Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing inventory accuracy and efficiency.
Suitable Candidate for the Management Accountant vacancy:
Experience in a manufacturing, inventory with a good understanding of costings and WIP management. Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel proficiency and experience with ERP systems, ideally Business Central. A professional qualification such as ACCA, CIMA, ACA, or relevant experience. Confident communicator with outstanding relationship-building abilities. Demonstrates a proactive approach towards process improvements and problem solving.
