Join Our Client as a Business Analyst!
Are you ready to make a significant impact in the Utilities sector? Our client is on the lookout for a passionate and skilled Business Analyst to join their dynamic team on a temporary basis for a period of 6 months. This role offers the flexibility of hybrid working, allowing you to balance your time between home and the office.
Role: Business Analyst (Service Design)
Duration: 6 Months (ext. options)
Location: Warwick, Bristol, Birmingham or London (Hybrid 1 Day a Month)
Rate: £550 pd (umbrella)
Key Accountabilities:
As a Business Analyst, you will:
Translate Complex Needs: Own the process of turning intricate customer insights into clear, actionable business requirements that guide product development. Facilitate Workshops: Bring together diverse stakeholders through cross-functional workshops to foster a shared understanding and align priorities. Collaborate: Work hand-in-hand with Service Design and Product teams to analyse customer feedback and craft solutions that truly address pain points. Document Requirements: Define and maintain business requirements, user needs, and acceptance criteria to support seamless product and service development. Assess Customer Journeys: Collaborate with the Service Design team to evaluate the impact of customer needs across journeys, identifying improvement opportunities. Engage Externally: Support the translation of complex needs into simple solutions, engaging with external partners when necessary. Drive Continuous Improvement: Contribute to enhancing service design and customer-centric delivery practises within the organisation.
About You:

Experience: Proven background as a Business Analyst, Service Designer, or in a similar role, with a history of translating complex issues into clear, actionable outcomes. Analytical Skills: Expertise in analysing intricate information, identifying root causes, and crafting concise recommendations. Facilitation Skills: Strong capability in conducting workshops and fostering collaboration among diverse teams. Relationship Building: Ability to work effectively across multiple teams, influencing others without direct authority. Documentation Skills: Experience in defining and managing business requirements and user needs. Customer Focus: A knack for connecting customer insights to practical outcomes, ensuring priorities are reflected in decision-making. Adaptability: Comfort in a fast-paced environment with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Communication Skills: Excellent ability to present complex information in an engaging and straightforward manner. Curiosity & Passion: A desire to improve services and deliver better customer outcomes.
