£40,000 + Excellent Tips | 2 AA Rosette Fine Dining Restaurant | Essex
Location: Between Billericay & Chelmsford
We're looking for a talented and creative Head Pastry Chef to join our award-winning 2 AA Rosette fine dining restaurant.
With around 70 covers , this is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of the pastry section, creating outstanding à la carte desserts , elegant afternoon tea selections and petit fours that complement our seasonal menus.
The Role
Lead the pastry section in a busy 2 AA Rosette kitchen. Create and develop seasonal à la carte desserts and afternoon tea menus. Produce exceptional pastries, cakes and petit fours. Manage stock, food costs and hygiene standards. Support and develop junior members of the team.
About You
Previous experience as a Head Pastry Chef or strong Senior Pastry Chef ready to step up. Fine dining or AA Rosette experience preferred. Passionate, creative and highly organised with exceptional attention to detail.
