Electrical Project Manager
Central Scotland
Arc Potential is supporting a growing M&E contractor looking to add an experienced Electrical Project Manager to its team.
You will take responsibility for the delivery of multiple commercial and industrial electrical projects, coordinating site teams, subcontractors, programmes and client relationships from mobilisation through to completion.
Key Responsibilities
Lead multiple electrical projects from mobilisation through to commissioning, handover and close-out Coordinate labour, subcontractors, suppliers, materials and project programmes across several live projects Monitor progress, budgets, variations, quality and health and safety Review drawings and specifications, resolving technical and delivery issues Manage site teams and maintain clear communication with clients and project stakeholders Balance competing priorities and keep projects progressing to programme Coordinate testing, commissioning, defect resolution and final handover documentation
What We’re Looking For
Experience managing multiple commercial or industrial electrical projects at the same time Strong technical understanding of electrical installations and building services Confidence leading site teams and managing subcontractors Good commercial awareness, including project costs and variations Strong organisation, planning and communication skills The ability to manage competing priorities across several live projects A full UK driving licence and willingness to travel between project locations Full right to work in the UK
