IT Procurement Analyst
Permanent | Hybrid (3 days on-site per week) | Up to £40k per annum + Benefits
Our client are seeking are seeking a motivated IT Procurement Analyst to join their team on a permanent basis. Working closely with IT leadership, you will play a key role in coordinating procurement activities, managing supplier and contract administration, maintaining budget information and supporting the effective day-to-day operation of the department.
Responsibilities will include:
Coordinating procurement activities, including purchase orders, supplier administration and contract renewals. Maintaining records relating to contracts, licences, assets and supplier agreements. Processing invoices, monitoring expenditure and supporting budget management and financial reporting. Producing management information and maintaining accurate departmental records. Coordinating meetings, maintaining actions and supporting governance activities. Organising travel arrangements, training bookings and other operational activities. Acting as a key point of contact for suppliers and internal stakeholders. Supporting continuous improvement initiatives and helping to maintain efficient and effective processes.
Required Experience:
Experience working within procurement, contract administration, finance support or a similar role. Experience managing supplier relationships, purchase orders, invoices and contract renewals. Is highly organised and able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. Possesses excellent attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Is confident working with financial information, budgets and management reports. Has strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly in Excel. Builds positive working relationships and communicates effectively with colleagues, suppliers and stakeholders at all levels. Is comfortable working independently while contributing positively as part of a wider team. Ideally has experience working within an IT or technology environment.
