Senior Quantity Surveyor Permanent Manchester- North West We are currently recruiting for Quantity Surveyors and Senior Quantity Surveyors to join an established specialist subcontractor working across the North West. Our client specialises in SFS and drylining, delivering a variety of refurbishment projects across hospitals, schools and commercial buildings. The Opportunity This is a fantastic permanent opportunity for an experienced QS or Senior QS with a subcontracting background. Experience within SFS or drylining would be advantageous, but any strong subcontracting background will be considered. What We're Looking For
- Quantity Surveyor or Senior Quantity Surveyor experience
- Previous subcontracting background - essential
- Strong commercial and contractual awareness
- Experience managing subcontractor packages and commercial performance
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage projects from procurement through to final account
- SFS / drylining experience advantageous but not essential
