We are seeking a highly collaborative and strategic Business Operations Manager (Product Data Insights & Reporting) to serve as the vital operational bridge between our technical data execution and cross-functional business decision-making. In this role, you will lead the effort to transform product and organizational data into actionable insights for our Product and Engineering organization, driving alignment and helping senior leadership make high-impact decisions.
You are an exceptional relationship builder, translator, and team advocate. Rather than focusing on hands-on technical execution, your strength lies in your ability to navigate organizational dynamics, influence stakeholders across diverse teams, and translate complex data points into compelling narratives that drive business outcomes.

Establish deep, trusting partnerships with engineering and product stakeholders as well as cross-functional leadership, acting as the primary strategic bridge between analytical execution and business decision-making.
Translate analytical projects into highly compelling narratives, framing our roadmap in a way that resonates with senior stakeholders and drives meaningful alignment.
Navigate organizational dynamics and competing priorities with high political acumen, ensuring data-backed recommendations are successfully adopted and operationalized.
