the Business Tools squad. By translating operational needs into actionable
requirements and utilizing AI agents to support the analysis workflow, this role ensures
that technology solutions are modern, collaborative, and geared toward optimizing

Demonstrated Process Mastery : A proven track record in business process analysis, mapping, and the creation of meticulous 'As-Is' and 'To-Be' documentation.
The 'Spreadsheet Decoder' Mindset : Exceptional ability to audit complex spreadsheets (formulas, macros, data tracking habits) and reverse-engineer them into functional business logic.
Facilitation & Discovery Excellence : Highly skilled at leading interviews, observation sessions, and interactive workshops to uncover true business needs and unwritten operational steps, navigating ambiguity to clarify requirements even when documentation is scarce.
Agile Collaboration : Experience working directly alongside Product Owners and Developers to translate complex operational habits into structured, clear technical specifications and user stories.
Operational Versatility : Proven capability to juggle multiple parallel projects, coordinating effectively with large stakeholder groups and maintaining momentum across competing priorities.
Empathy & Change Management : A patient, collaborative approach to guiding non-technical users through the transition away from familiar legacy tools.
