Job Title: IT & Comms Maintenance Engineer (ROI)
Location: Based in Republic of Ireland providing Field and Remote support to clients throughout Ireland
Salary: per annum (depending on experience)
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Working Hours: 8.5 hours per day, 40 hours per week within our opening hours of 8am - 6pm with a 30-minute lunch. Monday to Friday with additional On Call and Overtime support available.

This hybrid role combines remote technical support with planned site visits across Dublin, Cork, and Limerick. It offers a great opportunity to expand your expertise and naturally progress into a senior communications or network engineering career path.
Please note as this role requires site visits a few times per week and possibly daily during busy periods, candidates must be based within Ireland or willing to relocate to be considered for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Take ownership of scheduled maintenance visits across partner sites in the Republic of Ireland
- Provide clear, helpful IT and communications support by phone, email, remote tools and in person
- Carry out infrastructure health checks and preventative maintenance to spot issues early
- Support Microsoft 365, Windows, networking and end-user technologies
- Troubleshoot VoIP, internet connectivity and telephony issues
- Keep HaloPSA tickets and technical documentation accurate and up to date
- Support installations, project delivery and technology refresh programmes
- Be Flotek's trusted technical representative on site, building confidence with partners
Travel Requirements:
- Regular travel to partner sites in Dublin, Cork and Limerick, with occasional overnight stays
- Mileage reimbursed in line with Flotek's mileage policy
- 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, worked within our opening hours of 8.00am to 6.00pm
