Senior Night Care Worker

As a Senior Night Care Worker, you'll help ensure they receive the care, reassurance and support they need while leading colleagues to deliver safe, compassionate and person-centred care throughout the night.This is an opportunity to combine hands-on care with leadership responsibilities in a role where your experience can make a real difference.

What you will do

Deliver high-quality care and support to residents throughout the night Lead shifts and provide guidance to colleagues Administer medication and maintain accurate records Carry out regular safety and wellbeing checks Monitor residents' needs and respond appropriately Support care planning and communicate effectively with the wider team Help maintain a calm, safe and welcoming environment

About you

You will be a caring and experienced professional who enjoys supporting both residents and colleagues. You'll have the confidence to lead shifts, make decisions and promote high standards of care while remaining approachable and supportive. You must hold an SVQ Level 3 in Social Services and Healthcare and be willing to work towards, or already hold, an SVQ Level 4 qualification. This role requires membership of the PVG Scheme and registration with the SSSC.
