ABOUT THE CLIENT:
Our client is a leading technology and professional services organisation delivering complex, secure solutions across the UK Defence and National Security landscape. They are supporting a mission-critical programme requiring experienced professionals who can operate effectively within highly secure environments. We are looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst to join the programme on a contract basis.

THE SENIOR BUSINESS ANALYST ROLE:
As Senior Business Analyst, you will work across a complex technical programme, helping translate business needs into scalable solutions. You will lead requirements gathering with multiple stakeholders, model existing and future business processes, identify areas for improvement and produce comprehensive documentation including business requirements, functional specifications and user stories.
You will also manage senior stakeholder relationships, lead client meetings and act as a key point of contact across major areas of the solution.
SENIOR BUSINESS ANALYST ESSENTIAL SKILLS:
Active MOD DV clearance Strong Senior Business Analyst experience within large or complex environments Advanced requirements elicitation, analysis and management Business process modelling and process improvement Experience producing BRDs, functional specifications, process flows and user stories Strong stakeholder and client management skills Experience working across Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies Ability to understand technical projects and contribute to enterprise-scale solution design Comfortable working full-time onsite in Hertfordshire
