- Join a respected commercial law firm looking to welcome a Pre-Litigation Claims Handler into its thriving personal injury team.
- Manage a personal caseload of employers’ liability and public liability claims at the pre-litigation stage.
- Progress claims proactively and efficiently, ensuring matters are handled to a high professional standard.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships delivering consistently high levels of service.
- Work within a fast-paced environment which offers mentoring and support for clear and genuine career progression.
THE CANDIDATE:
- Applications are welcomed from individuals boasting at least 18 months’ experience dealing with pre-litigation employers’ liability/public liability claims.
- You must be confident managing files independently in a structured and process driven manner.
- The successful candidate will be enthusiastic, organised and keen to develop expertise within a collaborative and supportive environment.
