In this role, you will be responsible for producing accurate, value engineered cost estimates, managing tenders from initial enquiry through to contract award, and liaising closely with clients, suppliers, and colleagues to ensure smooth project delivery. You will play a key role in pricing works, negotiating terms, and ensuring a seamless handover to operations for successful project execution.

The Role
Produce accurate, competitive estimates and assess tender risks/opportunities Maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and teams Lead a team and train others Visit the projects in Baker Street and Twickenham Work with the Estimators to produce tendors
The Person
Proven Quantity Surveying experience Worked within groundworks, basements, or civil engineering or similar Based in Isleworth, South West London or commutable distance
