Blocking: Not matched to a licence on the register
We could not match this employer to a licence on the Home Office register. That may mean they hold none, or that they trade under a name the register spells differently.

Against: Estimated salary is below the going rate
No salary is stated, so this uses an estimate of £23,601 from ASHE estimate (low end of the no seniority marker band) (1 Apr 2025). It falls £18,099 short of the general Skilled Worker salary threshold of £41,700. Because that salary is estimated rather than stated, this rule counts half.
Not established: The advert says nothing about sponsorship
We searched the advert for the usual wording in both directions and found none of it.

About Exemplar Health Care
Exemplar Health Care began as a healthcare consultancy and training firm. But we soon saw a gap in the sector: a lack of care homes for younger adults living with complex needs.
That insight shaped the mission we still live by today - to transform complex care and provide fulfilling opportunities for the people who need it most.
We're now proud to have more than 60 care homes across England, providing nursing care for adults living with dementia, neuro-disabilities, mental health conditions, and physical disabilities.
Whoever you are, and whatever experience you bring, there are lots of ways you can help us make every day better for the people we support.
