Sessional Paediatric Occupational Therapist
Location: Central London/East London/Essex Contract: Locum Hours: 1 day per week
Our client is seeking a Paediatric Occupational Therapist to provide specialist OT support schools for vulnerable students who are struggling in mainstream education.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver occupational therapy interventions tailored to the needs of students.
Support students with sensory, fine motor, and functional skills to enhance participation in school activities.
Liaise with teachers and staff to embed OT strategies within the classroom environment.
Provide advice and guidance to staff and parents where appropriate.
Maintain accurate clinical documentation and reports.
Requirements:
HCPC registration as an Occupational Therapist.
Experience working with children and young people in educational or paediatric settings.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
