Job Title: Senior Residential Care Worker Location: Wiltshire, SN12 8BN Pay rate: £33,592 per annum Job Type: Full-Time Shift and schedule: Shift pattern: 160 hours per month (average 40 hours per week) Rota basis: 2 days on + sleep-in, followed by 4 days off Priority Recruitment are excited to present this long-term Senior Residential Care Worker opportunity in Wiltshire. Day-to-day responsibilities include:

Leading shifts and supporting team members to deliver high-quality care Supporting the Home Manager and deputising in their absence Supervising staff and supporting performance and development Ensuring safeguarding and child protection standards are upheld at all times Supporting children with daily routines, activities, and emotional wellbeing Acting as a positive role model for both young people and staff Contributing to care planning and attending reviews/meetings Supporting behaviour using appropriate strategies and therapeutic approaches Liaising with external professionals such as social workers, schools, and therapists Supporting the induction and development of new staff Ensuring health & safety procedures and risk assessments are followed

Household responsibilities include:

Supporting with the day-to-day running of the home Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organisation Promoting a healthy lifestyle for children and young people Ensuring the home environment is safe, structured, and welcoming
