Salary: Up to £100,000 + Benefits Location: UK Wide | Hybrid Working (based from your nearest office location)

I'm currently recruiting for an experienced ServiceNow Architect to join a growing team delivering large-scale ServiceNow transformation programmes across secure, enterprise environments.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys designing robust ServiceNow solutions, influencing technical direction, and working alongside stakeholders to deliver innovative business outcomes.
The Role
As a ServiceNow Architect, you'll be responsible for:
Leading the design and architecture of ServiceNow solutions across multiple modules. Translating business requirements into scalable technical designs. Providing technical leadership throughout the delivery lifecycle. Overseeing platform configuration, integrations and best practice. Mentoring development teams and ensuring architectural consistency. Driving continuous improvement by leveraging the latest ServiceNow capabilities.
What We're Looking For
Proven experience as a ServiceNow Architect or Senior ServiceNow Consultant. Strong knowledge of the ServiceNow platform, including experience across modules such as ITSM, ITOM and HRSD. Experience designing enterprise-scale ServiceNow solutions. Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills. ServiceNow CAD/CIS certifications are advantageous but not essential.
Essential Requirements
Active SC Clearance (must already be in place). Sole UK Nationality. Strong ServiceNow architecture and solution design experience.
