Project Manager - MOJ Project - Essex
A Project Manager is required to oversee a circa £40m+ MOJ scheme in Essex. The scheme is ongoing and is currently due to complete in early 2030.
Candidates ideally will come from a civil engineering, trades or construction management background and have managed on projects of a similar calibre to this.
The successful Project Manager will be highly motivated and be able to work in a busy, pressurised environment and have proven experience working to tight deadlines. This is either a temp to perm role or freelance until the completion of the project. Role/duties:
Ensure smooth construction process including Managing of all site labour and sub-contractors Management of the programme & minimising/eliminating potential programme delays
Relevant qualification and tickets - CSCS, SMSTS, First Aid.
