We’re a small, dynamic team delivering live events across the UK, and we’re looking for an experienced Finance / Office Manager to take ownership of the day-to-day running of our office, facilities and finance administration.
This is a hands-on role with real responsibility. You’ll be the person who keeps the business organised behind the scenes, makes sure the building is a great place to work and ensures our accounts and administrative processes run smoothly.

Supporting month-end processes alongside our external accountant. Maintaining job costing and financial information within our business systems. Managing and reviewing regular company expenditure and supplier contracts.

Our new building is an important part of the next stage of Red’s growth, and you’ll take ownership of making sure it remains organised, welcoming and brilliantly looked after.
Responsibilities will include:
Managing the day-to-day running of the office and facilities. Ensuring the workplace is always clean, tidy, organised, stocked and presentable. Managing office, kitchen and welfare supplies. Coordinating cleaning, maintenance, servicing and contractors. Managing utilities, facilities suppliers and general business contracts. Welcoming visitors, clients, suppliers and freelancers. Managing meeting rooms and shared office spaces. Maintaining company databases, records and filing systems. Supporting employee onboarding and maintaining personnel records.
