Existing DV clearance is essential. South West, Outside IR35. 3-days p/w onsite.
We're supporting a specialist defence customer delivering a Microsoft-based transformation programme within a secure operational environment. This is a hands-on role focused on designing and implementing a proof of value using the existing Microsoft stack, introducing governance, improving project delivery processes and creating an end-to-end operating model. AI will come later, the immediate priority is building robust foundations.
The customer is open to a mix of Microsoft architects and engineers who enjoy delivering practical solutions rather than producing documentation alone.

Power BI SharePoint Jira Microsoft 365 Low-code solutions You'll be responsible for Designing and implementing the initial solution Building Power BI dashboards and reporting Configuring SharePoint and Jira Improving operational processes and delivery governance Creating an end-to-end operating model Working alongside an experienced delivery team
We're looking for
Existing DV clearance Strong Microsoft platform experience Solution Architecture, Data Architecture or Data Engineering background Power BI, SharePoint and Jira expertise Process improvement and operational delivery experience Defence, government or other complex enterprise environments are advantageous
This is an Outside IR35 contract with an initial six-month term and a strong likelihood of extension. You'll typically spend around three days per week onsite in the South West, with occasional travel to other secure customer locations across the UK.
