Elevation Recruitment Group are working with a well-established manufacturing business to recruit a Production Engineer to join their technical team.
This is a varied, hands-on role with responsibility for developing and improving manufacturing processes from customer drawings through to production.
As the Production Engineer You will:
Develop and improve manufacturing processes and routings Support CNC programming, tooling and workholding requirements Troubleshoot production and quality issues Drive improvements in efficiency, cost and machine performance Support new product introduction and process development Create and maintain manufacturing documentation Work with suppliers and internal teams on technical improvements
We are looking for someone with the following experience:
We're looking for a practical and technically minded engineer with experience in a precision manufacturing or CNC environment.
CNC machining and programming Engineering drawings and tolerancing Tooling and workholding Process improvement CAD
You don't need to tick every box. Strong manufacturing experience, good problem-solving skills and the willingness to learn are just as important.
