This role will be responsible for driving growth across the Southern UK territory.

Key Responsibilities:
- The ability to work under your own initiative to co-ordinate and implement the Milwaukee growth strategy, focusing on planned pricing structure and sales growth.
- Identify potential prospect customers within the defined sector and develop a strategy to penetrate and maintain pipeline growth.
- Key utilization of strategic product range development and promotional planning.
- Maintain the annual business plans down to the account level in line with the business unit strategy.
- Maximize turnover and profitability to achieve overall business unit targets.
- Provide effective forecasting figures across the range to your line manager with monthly turnover estimates in line with target and budget expectations.
- Effective communication in keeping the internal stakeholders such as management, finance, logistics, marketing, product development and customer services up to date with key developments in accounts and regular market intelligence
