In this role, you will lead deep-dive investigations into returned medical devices to ensure they maintain the gold standard in global healthcare. Whether you are an ambitious graduate or a professional seeking a career pivot, we provide the full training required to excel in this specialised field.
Responsibilities
Perform hands-on investigations by meticulously examining devices to determine the root cause of issues.
Utilise MS Excel and internal systems to log findings, identify quality trends, and spot emerging patterns.
Participate in "Continuous Improvement" projects to influence future product design.
Collaborate with international teams to implement corrective actions.
Generate technical reports that adhere to strict global regulatory and safety standards.
Biohazard Waste Disposal: You will handle the disposal of biohazardous materials in accordance with all safety regulations.
Qualifications
Analytical mindset with a proven ability to follow evidence to a logical conclusion.
High level of IT literacy, specifically in Word and Excel.
Strong documentation skills with an uncompromising focus on precision.
Minimum of secondary education, with essential proficiency in Maths and English.
Previous experience in a laboratory or regulated environment is considered a valuable asset.
