Quantity Surveyor Reigate £55,000 - £70,000 + MRICS Support + Clear Progression to Director Level + Professional Membership assistance + Further training Do you have Quantity Surveying experience and the ability to manage projects independently from inception through to completion? Are you confident building client relationships and leading commercial delivery across multiple projects? Do you want to join a consultancy where progression to Senior, Commercial Manager and ultimately Director level is genuinely achievable? This is an excellent opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor to join a growing and highly respected consultancy that offers genuine long-term progression, exposure to prestigious high-end projects across the UK and the Middle East, and the opportunity to play a key role in the future growth of the business whilst progressing up the ranks all the way to Directorship. This established consultancy provides Quantity Surveying and Project Management services across a portfolio of prestigious high-end residential, commercial and international developments. With projects spanning the UK, Saudi Arabia and Bahrain, and long-standing relationships with prestigious private clients, they continue to grow their UK business with ambitious plans to significantly expand over the coming years. In this role, you will take ownership of one major project or multiple smaller schemes, managing valuations, contractor relationships, commercial meetings and project reporting. You will work closely with clients and senior leadership whilst taking responsibility for the commercial success of your own projects and contributing towards the continued growth of the business. The ideal candidate will have strong Quantity Surveying experience, excellent client-facing skills and the confidence to work autonomously. The Person
Quantity Surveying experience Ability to manage projects independently Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills Commercial management and valuation experience Surveying degree or equivalent experience
