In this role, you will take ownership of one major project or multiple smaller schemes, managing valuations, contractor relationships, commercial meetings and project reporting. You will work closely with clients and senior leadership whilst taking responsibility for the commercial success of your own projects and contributing towards the continued growth of the business. The ideal candidate will have strong Quantity Surveying experience, excellent client-facing skills and the confidence to work autonomously.
