Senior Chef de Partie – 2 AA Rosette
Location: Outskirts of Chelmsford, Essex
Salary: Up to £38,300 package , depending on experience
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
We are recruiting an experienced and passionate Senior Chef de Partie to join one of Essex's most highly regarded food-led gastro pubs.
Working alongside an award-winning Head Chef , you'll be part of a kitchen producing 2 AA Rosette standard food . The venue is featured in the Michelin Guide and is known for its exceptional food and high standards.
The Role
Run and maintain your own section Prepare and cook high-quality dishes to 2 AA Rosette standards Work efficiently during busy services of up to 250 covers Support and guide junior chefs Maintain excellent food hygiene and kitchen standards Communicate effectively with the wider kitchen team Contribute to menu development and continually improve standards
